Battery Capacity Testing:
Our battery capacity test includes a comprehensive inspection of the battery system to ensure accurate test results and is completed in accordance with IEEE Standards and battery manufacturers’ recommendations, and consists of Acceptance, Performance, and Service Tests, as required by the customer and application.
Warehouse Services and Logistics:
With over 40,000 square feet of warehouse capacity and our own semi-tractor trailers and delivery trucks we provide our customers with the capability to ship products direct from the manufacturer to our facility for inspection and staging. Once the product needs to be delivered to the job site or facility then our qualified and trained professionals will deliver the product to the location specified.
Our state-of-the-art testing and repair facility provides the capability to complete in-house battery acceptance testing, testing and repair of AC and DC power products, and battery cabinet/enclosure system integration.
Emergency situations or planned maintenance can require temporary power to be made available until the main power source can be restored. At Johnson Battery we understand how critical our customers’ loads are so we have invested in the capability to deliver temporary power consisting of batteries, chargers, and generators to meet many application requirements. From our light-duty trailers to our full size semi-tractor trailers designed to deliver temporary power, Johnson Battery is able to provide a wide range of power ratings.
